Questions, answered
Know the scope.
The essentials before your club starts a patch campaign conversation.
Who is this offer for?
U.S. school-wide or multi-program high-school athletic Booster Clubs planning a campaign with one shared embroidered patch design. It is not an individual-personalization service.
What quantities can we discuss?
The current offer is 50, 100 or 200 patches of one design. Quantities of 250 or more are outside the current offer, as are other quantities and mixed-design orders.
Can different teams have different names or numbers?
Not in this offer. Every patch uses the same design. No student roster, individual name or jersey number is needed.
Are the images real customer patches?
No. The concept artwork and technical coverage-map example are labeled as non-customer work. Neither is a finished sample, customer photo or proof of past production. Dimensions and percentages on the map describe that technical example only, not your campaign’s agreed specification.
What does a patch campaign cost?
There is no public fixed price or automatic quote. The artwork, dimensions, backing, quantity and shipment scope need review before a written quote. Read the cost-factor guide.
Can you guarantee delivery before our event?
No delivery deadline is promised on this site. Share your intended event date for review. Timing and shipment feasibility must be confirmed in writing before commitment.
How is shipment organized?
The scope is one bulk shipment to one U.S. location, not individual household shipping. Your club handles distribution. Shipping charges and any applicable import-related costs need to be clarified in the written quote; no duty-paid or all-inclusive shipping promise is made here.
Can we use our school’s logo?
Only if your club has the appropriate permission. Confirm the school or rights holder’s approval before proposing a design. This site does not imply authorization from a school, league or team.
How do we contact you?
Use the email contact page. The “Open your email app” link opens a draft in your configured email application; you decide whether to send it. The website itself does not submit a message.
Can we order or pay on this website?
No. There is no intake form, account, cart or payment flow. An email inquiry is a conversation, not an order or payment authorization.
