The process

Plan first. Confirm next.

A patch campaign begins with an email conversation. The website does not submit orders, collect artwork or take payment.

  1. Email a short brief

Describe your school-wide or multi-program Booster Club campaign, the quantity you are considering, your intended event date and the U.S. destination state or ZIP code.

Do not send student rosters, home addresses or payment information.

  2. Clarify the specification

Discuss one shared design, permission to use the artwork, intended dimensions and backing. Flag any school approval or budget-review requirements.

A requested event date is a planning input, not a delivery promise.

  3. Review written terms

Before committing, review the specification, total quoted cost, shipment scope and timing. Any order terms need separate written agreement.

A conversation or concept image alone is not an accepted order.

  4. Agree the next steps

Confirm artwork approval and any order arrangements separately in writing. Production and shipment require their own agreed details; an email does not trigger either automatically.

Your club coordinates distribution after the bulk shipment is received.

One person to coordinate.

Choose a club contact to consolidate questions across programs. Keep artwork approvals and scope changes in the same email conversation so everyone is reviewing the same plan.
