There is no online order, checkout or payment process. Opening an email app or sending an inquiry does not create an order, reserve production, accept a quote or authorize payment.
Current offer and separate agreement
The current scope is one shared embroidered patch design, 50, 100 or 200 patches and one bulk U.S. shipment. Quantities of 250 or more, other quantities, mixed designs, individual personalization and household fulfillment are outside the current offer.
Artwork, dimensions, backing, price, shipment scope and timing require review. Any commercial commitment, payment arrangements, cancellation terms or product-related terms must be set out separately in a written agreement. The site does not guarantee production feasibility, delivery dates, fundraising results or a specific technical performance.
Artwork and permissions
The images labeled “CONCEPT / NOT A CUSTOMER PRODUCT” are original concept artwork, not finished samples, customer photos or proof of past production. Do not rely on them as final production specifications. The technical coverage-map example is also not a finished sample or customer proof; its dimensions, percentages and labels apply only to that reference illustration.
You are responsible for ensuring you have permission to propose the use of school, team, event or other third-party marks. SquadMark does not claim school or league endorsement, factory ownership, or registered-trademark status through this site.
