Technical example, not a finished sample

Look beyond the concept.

A coverage map separates proposed embroidered areas from exposed fabric. It helps make design questions concrete; it does not prove manufacturing results.

Technical coverage-map example for SM-PATCH-001: navy and gold embroidery zones, exposed twill and an excluded border. Not a finished sample or customer product.

What the map explains

Where embroidery and exposed twill are proposed, and which border area is excluded from the illustrated coverage calculation.

What still needs agreement

Your artwork, dimensions, backing and final specification. This drawing is not evidence of production, quality, wash performance or a completed customer order.

Keep it together.

A single design and shipment keeps the brief focused. Your club manages its own distribution after receipt.

Quantities of 250 or more are outside the current offer. Other quantities, mixed designs, individual personalization and household fulfillment are also outside this scope.
