What goes into a patch quote?

Start with the same scope.

SquadMark’s current offer covers one shared embroidered patch design at 50, 100 or 200 patches, with one bulk U.S. shipment. Compare quotes at the same quantity; do not assume a per-piece amount applies to another quantity.

Multiple designs, individual names and household distribution create a different brief and are not included here. Quantities of 250 or more and other quantities are outside the current offer.

Size and artwork need review.

The dimensions, shape and artwork detail are part of the specification used to review a quote. Dense detail or small lettering may need a design discussion before a specification can be agreed.

Ask whether artwork preparation and revisions are included, what review steps are proposed and which changes would require a revised quote. This guide does not set technical limits or promise a particular finish.

Make the backing explicit.

Do not compare an unspecified “patch” against a fully defined item. Confirm backing, border and other requested details in writing, along with intended use.

Any suitability or care instructions need to relate to the agreed product specification. A concept image does not establish attachment strength, wash performance or compatibility with clothing.

Separate shipment from assumptions.

The offer is one bulk U.S. shipment. The destination and shipment requirements need review; there is no public flat shipping rate or duty-paid promise on this site.

• Is shipment included in the quoted total or listed separately?
• Are any applicable duties, taxes or other import-related charges included or excluded?
• What delivery information remains to be confirmed?
• Is the event date feasible under the written proposal?

Do not budget around an unconfirmed arrival date or an assumed rush option. No standard turnaround or expedited service is promised here.

Compare the written whole.

For each proposal, check the same list: approved design, dimensions, backing, quantity, artwork or revision scope, total cost, shipment terms and timing. Ask about any missing item before relying on the number.
